Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. They form a binding agreement between you the user and RazerScripts. By using our macros, software, or services (collectively, "Products"), you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Products.
1. License and Restrictions on Use of Macros
1.1. License Grant: When you purchase our macros, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. This means you can use our macros only for your own personal or internal business purposes.
1.2. What You Can't Do: You expressly agree that you won't, and won't let anyone else:
- Share or sell our original or altered macros.
- Copy or reproduce any part of our Products without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer (figure out how they work), decompile, or disassemble our macros.
- Modify or create new versions based on our macros, unless we specifically allow it in writing.
1.3. Our Ownership: All intellectual property rights, in our macros and Products belong exclusively to us. These Terms don't give you any ownership rights, just the limited right to use them as described above.
2. Payment and Chargebacks
2.1. Payment is Final: You agree to pay all fees for our Products at the time of purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as detailed in our Refund Policy below.
2.2. No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or similar claims against your purchase. If you have a problem, please contact us directly so we can try to resolve it under our Refund Policy.
2.3. Chargeback Consequences: If you attempt a chargeback, it's a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately end your access to all Products and pursue any legal remedies, including recovering the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and any associated legal costs.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Generally No Refunds: All sales of our Products are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges unless a specific condition outlined in this section is met.
3.2. A refund may only be considered if:
- You encounter a verifiable technical issue with our macro(s) that stops it from working as intended.
- You provide us with detailed information about the issue, including steps to reproduce it.
- You cooperate fully with our support team in good faith to troubleshoot and try to fix the problem.
- Despite our best efforts and within a reasonable timeframe, we can't find a solution that gets the macro working for you.
3.3. What We Don't Refund For:
- Simply changing your mind or having buyer's remorse.
- Incompatibility with third-party software or hardware that we didn't explicitly say we support.
- Problems caused by your misuse, alteration, or unauthorized modification of the macros.
- If you didn't read the product description or system requirements before buying.
- Issues that can be resolved through our standard support or troubleshooting.
3.4. How to Request a Refund: If you think you qualify for a refund under Section 3.2, you must send a written request to our ticket system within 7 days of your purchase date. We'll review your request and let you know our decision. If approved, the refund will go back to your original payment method.
